Termes Et Conditions
PAYMENT:
 
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to book your date and is due within 3 business days of invoicing, and full amount is due no later than 30 calendar days prior to your pick up date. All dates are considered open until your retainer is received.  

Once the 50% retainer fee is paid, we are happy to accept multiple payments for the remaining 50% due on your order as long as the last payment is made no less than 30 days prior to your pick up date. All orders are required to be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your contracted pick up date. Any orders not paid in full by the deadline, will forfeit the retainer fee, the order will be canceled and any refunds due will automatically be issued.

If you have placed your order with less than 30 days prior to your pick up date, your payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice.
 
CHANGES:
 
Changes to your order (i.e. color, flavors, etc…) will be accepted up until 30 calendar days prior to your pick up date. Some changes may incur additional charges. No changes can be made after that date.  
 
Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, a written notice of cancellation must be received by J'adore Macarons Bakery more than 30 days prior to your pick up date to be eligible for a refund. The 50% retainer fee is non-refundable for any reason. Refunds will only be of any payments made over the 50% retainer fee. No refunds are issued, for any reason, within 30 days of your contracted order pickup date.
 
In the event something occurs to affect your scheduled pick up date, please contact J’adore Macarons Bakery as soon as possible to discuss options. We understand situations in life come up that are out of your control, so if you are upfront about any issues that arise, we will work hard to accommodate you. COMMUNICATION IS KEY.
 
ALLERGENS 
 
J'adore Macarons Bakery macarons contain tree nuts, eggs, dairy and other known allergens. They are naturally gluten-free, and while we take great pains to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with any food-related allergies. In order to provide you with our delicious macarons, you agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. We encourage all questions and requests for information, and please feel free to contact us at any time for an ingredient list.
 
RENTALS
 
All rental pieces must be returned within 3 days of your event. Your equipment deposit will be returned only upon receipt of clean items in the same condition they were sent out. 

PICK UP AND TRANSPORT
 
Macarons should ALWAYS be kept in a cool, dry place. Please note that direct sunlight and/or temperatures higher than 68 degrees fahrenheit will have an adverse effect on your macarons. If your event is outside, I HIGHLY recommend keeping the macarons inside until right before serving them. Warm temperatures and macarons are not friends.

Once your macarons leave the possession of J’adore Macarons Bakery, we are not responsible for any mishaps that may occur during transport. We highly recommend placing the box of macarons on a flat surface inside the cabin of your vehicle, running the air-conditioning of your vehicle all the way to your destination.
 
Pick up times are scheduled in advance and must be adhered to. A late fee of $20 per 15 minutes will be imposed if you do not show up during the agreed upon window of time. This late fee will be collected prior to releasing your order. I value your time, so please value mine.
 
COLORS
 
We are happy to color coordinate our macarons to your event. Please provide us with a physical color sample of any colors you would like to have your macarons, and we will work to come as close to a match as possible.

REFUNDS
 
We promise to do everything in our power to handcraft beautiful and delicious macarons that meet or exceed your expectations. In the rare case that you are unhappy with your macarons and would like a refund, you must call the day of your event, so that all the macarons can be returned to J’adore Macarons Bakery. Without returning the macarons as proof that you will not be using them for your event, J’adore Macarons Bakery will be unable to refund any portion of your payment over the nonrefundable retainer fee.
